What payment methods are accepted on the Puiforcat website?
You may only pay for your purchases by credit or debit card: Visa®, Mastercard®, Maestro®, American Express®, Carte Bleue®. You will have to enter your credit or debit card number, its expiry date and security code on the corresponding page.
Payments via Paypal® and Apple Pay® are not accepted.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions on the Puiforcat.com website are secure and are carried out in partnership with the Adyen payment platform. The presence of a padlock symbol next to the page address beginning with “https” indicates that you are in a secure environment.
Thanks to the 3DSecure system, the security of payments made with Visa® and Mastercard® cards is enhanced by the “Verified by Visa®” or “MasterCard® SecureCode” payment methods. If you have any questions about your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
In addition, Puiforcat has implemented security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access and use. Please bear in mind, however, that the transfer of personal data over the Internet is never 100% secure and that any information communicated online can potentially be collected and used by persons other than those for whom it was intended.
Do you accept international payment cards?
We accept international credit cards. However, when you place your order, you must enter the correct international billing address that is linked to your credit card.
Can I order using a debit card that isn’t mine?
Yes.
When will my credit card be charged?
The card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.
Delivery
Where do you deliver ?
The Puiforcat website delivers exclusively to the following countries:
- Germany (excluding the island of Heligoland and the territory of Busingen)
- Austria (excluding the communes of Jungholz and Mittelberg)
- Belgium
- Cyprus
- Croatia
- Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
- Estonia
- Finland (excluding the Åland Islands)
- Mainland France (including Corsica and excluding Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia and the French Southern and Antarctic Territories)
- Greece
- Ireland,
- Italy (excluding Livigno, Campione d’Italia and the national waters of Lake Lugano),
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Luxembourg
- Malta
- Netherlands (excluding the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba)
- Principality of Monaco
- Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira)

Products will be shipped to the delivery address given when the order was placed.
You can also pick up your order free of charge from our Paris shop at 48, avenue Gabriel, in the 8th arrondissement. You can authorise another person to pick up your order from the shop
What are the delivery charges ?
The rates are as follows:
- €20 for orders of €500 or less
- €30 for orders from €501 to €2000
- €60 for orders of €2001 or more
Pick-up from our Paris shop is free.
Delivery charges do not vary according to the country of delivery (see list above).
How long does delivery take ?
Orders are processed within 10 working days. From the date of dispatch, the delivery time will vary depending on the country of destination.
This period is given for information only and may be extended in exceptional circumstances (e.g. detention by customs). In this case, the Puiforcat Customer Service will contact you to inform you of the new delivery time.
How can I track the delivery of my order ?
To track the delivery of your order, you can use the tracking number which will be sent to you by email when the order is dispatched.
How to collect an order in store?
This service is only available in our Paris shop at 48, avenue Gabriel in the 8th arrondissement.
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has arrived at the shop. You will then have 21 days to collect it.
To pick up your order, please contact the sales staff when you arrive at the shop. You must have the following items on hand:
- The e-mail confirming the availability of your order (printed or on your phone screen)
- An identity document
Returns & exchanges
We do not process exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.
You may return any product ordered on the Puiforcat.com website within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date of the order.
To initiate your return, please notify our Customer Service Department or use the “Request a return” form available on our website. We will send you a return label to affix to your parcel, together with instructions on how to proceed.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, marked “FRAGILE” and accompanied by the purchase invoice. After your cancellation is notified, you have a period of fourteen (14) working days in which to ship the parcel.
The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the Product(s) by PUIFORCAT and verification thereof. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. The refund will then be made to the same payment method that was used for placing the order.
